Group Counselling
Group counselling offers an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences. Each group focuses on a specific theme such as anxiety, grief, self-esteem or life transitions; encouraging open conversations and mutual support. Through shared stories and guided reflection, participants gain new insights, learn coping strategies, and experience the healing power of community. It’s a compassionate way to realise you’re not alone, and that growth often happens together.

Designed for schools, workplaces and community groups; sessions cover various topics such as stress management, self-esteem, ADHD and life skills. Each session combines discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, empowering participants to leave with insights and tools they can apply immediately.

About Me
I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel truly heard, understood and empowered to grow into the best version of themselves. I have always loved building genuine connections, listening with curiosity and empathy, and helping people rediscover their strengths and sense of belonging.

I completed my BSc in Human Life Sciences with Psychology at Stellenbosch University, followed by a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology [BPsych Equivalent Programme] at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP). My counselling experience includes working at Bellville Primary School and Vision Africa in Kayamandi, Stellenbosch, where I supported children and teachers with various emotional and social challenges.
Additionally, I designed and implemented ADHD interventions at these schools, focusing on increasing awareness, knowledge and understanding of ADHD. I involved the parents and teachers in order to foster a more positive and supportive school and home environment. Through workshops, educational videos, and informational pamphlets, the project improved understanding, reduced stigma, and equipped both teachers and parents with practical strategies to better support children with ADHD.

“No bee thrives alone. In the same way, we all need safe spaces of connection and support. Counselling is one of those spaces — a reminder that you do not have to face your challenges alone.”
My Approach
My work is grounded in compassion, open-mindedness and the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can feel accepted and valued. My greatest fulfilment comes from knowing that, through counselling, I can help people feel less alone as they move towards hope and change.
I have a particular interest in trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, grief, child counselling, school-related concerns, anger management, anxiety, body image, LGBTQ+ support, relationship issues, career guidance, and sexuality.
My approach draws from CBT, DBT, humanistic, narrative, and solution-focused (SFBT) modalities, allowing me to tailor support to each individual's unique needs and goals. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Everyone’s feelings are valid, and no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. I aim to create a warm, understanding space where people can find hope, healing, and empowerment — a place to navigate this life together, with compassion and authenticity.
